The all new ELH rating system
You may of noticed that we've put a rather unique rating system next to a lot of our products.
It may just look like a few random numbers, but it took us weeks of carefull product testing to come up with the ratings. If you think that any of our rating are a bit inaccurate, Please contact customer support or write a product review telling everyone why you think that particular product deserves different ratings (requires you to be registered with the main store and logged in).
So where did the ratings come from ?
We held a series of secret parties throughout the uk and invited everyone at the parties to test a variety of our products. We then asked them to rate them on a scale of 1-10 on a set list of things that people felt were important about the products, such as durabilty in bongs and euphoria for herbal highs (1 being poor, 10 being amazing). So we got about 10 - 15 peoples views on each product and averaged out the reviews and there you have it, the ELH rating system.
We should be holding more secret elegal parties soon. Keep your ears to the ground and check out elegalhighs.com regularily for information. Secret party invites are linked to our all new loyalty scheme and loyal members are given priority.
User ratings and reviews
additionally all customers can now rate and review all of our products, the average user rating is displayed graphically and the reviews are shown below the product on each products main screen. you need to be logged in to your store sccout to add a rating or review.
This can be done from each products main screen. For your privacy you can choose whether you would like to have your name show next to the review or whether you would like to remain anonymous (only your first name will be shown if you do decide to make it public).
