We currently accept payments via Credit card, Alertpay and direct bank transfer / deposit.

Credit card payments are taken in UK Pound sterling (GBP), US dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR) via the Alertpay secure payment page. We offer Visa and Amex credit card (and debit card) processing through this payment gateway..

If you already have an Alertpay account you can also pay in Uk pound sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD) by loading funds into your account prior to purchase.

Alertpay users can also take advantage of a variety of additional payment methods such as e check and bank transfer.

You can also pay for your order by transferring or depositing your payment directly into our bank account, Just select bank transfer as your payment method during checkout and our details will be shown to you after your confirm your order.

You can pay via cheque or postal order upon request. Please contact customer support if you wish to use either of these payment methods. All cash or money order transactions should be sent by registered post and must be in Uk pound sterling (GBP). We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us if you choose to send us a cheque, cash or postal order.

This is situated just above the basket at the left of most pages, your currency will be converted by default to Pound sterling at check out if selecting a currency other than Uk pound sterling, Euros or US dollars.

If your currency is not featured in our currency converter and you would like to see it there, please contact customer support and we'll see if we can add it for you.

Yes, If there are no restrictions on the products, we ship worldwide but we strongly recommend you check your Country or State laws before ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.
In addition our system will not allow certain restricted items to be ordered outside the UK. Just because our system lets you order an item does not mean that we will be able to ship it.

Postage is weight based, You can check the available postage options and prices at any time by clicking on the shipping options link at the bottom of the basket (at the left of most pages).

Please contact customer support if you have an extra large order and are an international customer (over 2kg) as we will arrange for a special courier for you. (and usually a discounted order)

 If you pay by credit card we will endeavor to send out your order in the shortest possible time on the same day as the order is processed if possible, but unfortunately due to the large product catalogue. we are unable to keep all products in stock, So please allow up to 7 days for delivery if ordering from the Uk (7-9 for the rest of the world). All products are delivered in plain packaging and there will be nothing on the packaging to reveal the contents or the nature of the contents. ELH Trading ltd values your privacy and will not share your information with 3rd parties

• UK customers will generally receive their order in a matter of days,
  
• Packages to Europe generally arrive within 5 - 6 days
• and the rest of the world 7 - 14 days.
  
• Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We are at the mercy of the postal services, and they can be less than reliable!
  
• in addition to this, you should note that sometimes items in your order may be out of stock. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. And we will do our best to notify you of any delays.

All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address, A return label and a discreet customs slip is also sent with international orders.

There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes (other than the customs slip if sent internationally). We are discreet with customs slips and only contain either the items tariff code or a description of the type of product that is ordered... E.g a Glass bong would be shipped as Glass art.

Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. If you spend over £25 then we'll also send you a free gift, hand picked from our own catalogue. If you have purchased any products that require them we will also include gauzes and may even throw in a bonus gift. If you do not wish to receive a free gift or there are certain types of gifts that you would not like to receive please indicate so when ordering.

We like to build a close relationship with our customers, but we also value their privacy and we will never release any details to third parties.
