What type of currency and payment do you accept?
Payment is taken in UK pounds (GBP) or US dollars (USD via the Alertpay secure payment page. We offer Visa and Amex credit card (and debit card) processing through this payment method.
If you already have an Alertpay accont you can also pay via e check, e gold, bank transfer and a variety of other convenient payment methods.
You can also pay in US dollars (USD) through our alternate merchant gateway. Payment is taken in Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro through this gateway. Payments through this gateway will show on your billing statement discreetly and will not mention elegalhighs.com.
You can pay via cheque or postal order upon request. please contact customer support if you wish to use either of these payment methods. All cash or money order transactions should be sent by registered post and must be in Uk pound sterling (GBP). We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us if you choose to send us a cheque, cash or postal order.
Payments are currently taken in UK pound sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD); there is a currency converter on the site, which will convert our prices to any currency in the world. This is situated just above the basket at the left of most pages, your currency will be converted by default to Pound sterling at check out if selecting a currency other than Uk pound sterling or US dollars.
If your currency is not featured in our currency converter and you would like to see it there, please contact customer support and we'll see if we can add it for you.

I don't have an Alert pay account can I still order using my credit card ?
Yes, and it couldn't be easier....... Please select credit/debit card as a payment option. You can use either Alert pay secure payment page to pay via credit or debit card without owning an account.
Or if you would like to pay through our alternative gateway, you can use the eshop5 payment gateway. Please select "Credit/Debit Card (USD)" to make payments.
Can I order from the country that I am a resident in ?
Yes, If there are no restrictions on the products, we ship worldwide but we strongly recommend you check your Country or State laws before ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.
In addition our system will not allow certain restricted items to be ordered outside the UK. Just because our system lets you order an item does not mean that we will be able to ship it.

What will show on my billing statement ?
The transaction will appear on your statement as ELH Trading Ltd the uk registered business behind elegalhighs.com.
Are there any hidden fees or taxes like VAT ?
You will be billed for the goods you ordered plus any shipping charges and nothing else all taxes are included in our prices.
I've got a gift certificate, voucher or discount code how do i use it ?
Simply place your order as normal then enter the discount code or voucher/certificate number at the final stage of the checkout process (after you've entered your contact details) the relevant discount will be deducted from the final price before you need to put in any payment details.
So what's this loyalty scheme about ?
Sign up as a member and the more you shop, the cheaper our products will start to get. We reward customer loyalty and you are automatically added into different loyalty groups as you shop with us. Higher loyalty groups also benefit from other exclusive members benefits, such as "special gifts", product offers, secret party invites and much more

What about security when I pay by credit card ?
Our security is second to none, so that when you make an order your personal information is transferred safely. We use military standard 256 - bit Secure Socket Layer technology. Our payment gateway is provided by Alertpay and Miva commerce, We will never even see your card details.

How much will I be charged for delivery ?

Postage is weight based, You can check the available postage options and prices at any time by clicking on the shipping options link at the bottom of the basket (at the left of most pages).
Please contact customer support if you have an extra large order and are an international customer (over 2kg) as we will arrange for a special courier for you. (and usually a discounted order)
Once I have ordered how long will it take before I receive my order?
If you pay by credit card we will endeavor to send out your order in the shortest possible time on the same day as the order is processed if possible, but unfortunately due to the large product catalogue. we are unable to keep all products in stock, So please allow up to 7 days for delivery if ordering from the Uk (7-9 for the rest of the world). All products are delivered in plain packaging and there will be nothing on the packaging to reveal the contents or the nature of the contents. ELH Trading ltd values your privacy and will not share your information with 3rd parties
- UK customers will generally receive their order in a matter of days,
- Packages to Europe generally arrive within 5 - 6 days
- and the rest of the world 7 - 9 days.
- Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We are at the mercy of the postal services, and they can be less than reliable!
- in addition to this, you should note that sometimes items in your order may be out of stock. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. And we will do our best to notify you of any delays.
How do you send out my order ?
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address, A return label and a discreet customs slip is also sent with international orders.
There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes (other than the customs slip if sent internationally). We are discreet with customs slips and only contain either the items tariff code or a description of the type of product that is ordered... E.g a Glass bong would be shipped as Glass art.
Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. If you spend over £25 then we'll also send you a free gift, hand picked from our own catalogue. If you have purchased any products that require them we will also include gauzes and may even throw in a bonus gift. If you do not wish to receive a free gift or there are certain types of gifts that you would not like to receive please indicate so when ordering.
I've searched the internet and i can't believe how cheap you are, how do you do it ?
Because we have very good trade connections and are able to pass the savings onto you the customer, we believe in giving what we make back to the customer. We do this by free gifts, low low prices and through our exclusive loyalty scheme.
We like to build a close relationship with our customers, but we also value their privacy and we will never release any details to third parties.
If i want to buy large amounts do I get a discount ?
