Salvia Tinture..This is an ultra-concentrated tincture of Salvia divinorum. It contains nothing but premium grade Salvia divinorum, alcohol water and a dash of peppermint for taste. Our Salvia Divinorum Tincture is a much more pleasant and rewarding experience than using the traditional quid method of consuming Salvia Divinorum, which is a bitter and unpleasant taste. Our specially prepared extract is designed for sublingual absorption (holding in your mouth). The duration and quality of the experience is equivalent to that obtained using traditional Mazatec methods of leaf chewing quid, but it is far easier to consume and the level of effects achieved is more consistent and reliable. Many people consider this type of experience more rewarding than that of smoked Salvia divinorum because the effects are gentler and considerably longer lasting. The first effects begin 4-8 minutes after the initial dose is ingested.(N.B. It is best to hold the liquid in the mouth for at least 3-4 minutes before swallowing or even spitting out the liquid. Strong doses alter the fabric of consciousness profoundly, producing rich inner-visions and inspiring insight. Very strong doses can totally immerse one in a visionary world and can propel consciousness into the far reaches of transdimensional/transpersonal space."

i've only felt high from salvia when i smoked a bunch of the 20X. i tried this extract and it had an extreamly better taste then the stuff i smoked but found for the most part that it just made my mouth numb

This is my only experience of salvia and therefore I can't compare to leaf extracts, but what I can say is that it had virtually no effect whatsoever. I took the product as advised, by holding it in my mouth for a few minutes and then swallowing, but it was a rather uncomfortable experience which went unrewarded. I felt a bit 'groggy' but no psychedelia whatsoever.
