What type of currency and payment do you accept?

Payment is taken in UK pounds (GBP) Euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) via the Alertpay secure payment page. We offer Visa and Amex credit card (and debit card) processing through this payment gateway..

If you already have an Alertpay accont you can also pay via e check, e gold, bank transfer and a variety of other convenient payment methods.

You can pay via cheque or postal order upon request. please contact customer support if you wish to use either of these payment methods. All cash or money order transactions should be sent by registered post and must be in Uk pound sterling (GBP). We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us if you choose to send us a cheque, cash or postal order.

Payments are currently taken in UK pound sterling (GBP) Eurus (EUR) or US dollars (USD); there is a currency converter on the site, which will convert our prices to any currency in the world. This is situated just above the basket at the left of most pages, your currency will be converted by default to Pound sterling at check out if selecting a currency other than Uk pound sterling, Euros or US dollars.

If your currency is not featured in our currency converter and you would like to see it there, please contact customer support and we'll see if we can add it for you.

I don't have an Alert pay account can I still order using my credit card ?

Yes, and it couldn't be easier....... Please select credit/debit card as a payment option. You can use either Alert pay secure payment page to pay via credit or debit card without owning an account.

Or if you would like to pay through our alternative gateway, you can use the eshop5 payment gateway. Please select "Credit/Debit Card (USD)" to make payments.

Are there any hidden fees or taxes like VAT ?

You will be billed for the goods you ordered plus any shipping charges and nothing else all taxes are included in our prices.

I've got a gift certificate, voucher or discount code how do i use it ?

Simply place your order as normal, then enter the discount code or voucher/certificate number at the final stage of the checkout process (after you've entered your contact details) the relevent discount will be deducted from the final price before you need to put in any payment details.

What about security when I pay by credit card?

Our security is second to none, so that when you make an order your personal information is transferred safely. We use military standard 256 - bit Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). Our payment gateway is provided by Alertpay, We will never even see your card details.

How do I know if you have received my order ?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order please quote your order number when e-mailing or phoning us
