Can I order from the country that I am a resident in ?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We do however strongly recommend you check your Country or State laws before Ordering. please see individual disclaimers at the top of each category.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.
In addition our system will not allow certain items to be ordered outside of the UK as they conflict with international laws.
How much will I be charged for delivery ?

Postage is now weight based, You can check the available postage options and prices at any time by clicking on the shipping options link at the bottom of the basket (at the left of most pages).
Please contact customer support if you have an extra large order and are an international customer (over 2kg) as we will arrange for a special courier for you. (and usually a discounted order)
Once I have ordered how long will it take before I receive my order?
If you pay by credit card we will endeavor to send out your order in the shortest possible time, on the same day as the order is processed if possible. Unfortunately due to the large product catalogue we are unable to keep all products in stock so please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
All our products are delivered in plain packaging and there will be nothing on the packaging to reveal the contents or the nature of the contents.

If you have registered for a free account you can check on your order at any time. You do this by by clicking on the yellow order history button. This is found at the top left of the store front, just below the affiliate login link (you'll need to be logged into your account to do this).
- UK customers will generally receive their order in a matter of days,
- Packages to Europe generally arrive within 5 - 6 days
- and the rest of the world 7 - 9 days.
- Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We are at the mercy of the postal services, and they can be less than reliable !
- in addition to this, you should note that sometimes items in your order may be out of stock. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. And we will do our best to notify you of any delays.
How do you send out my order ?
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope, box or other suitable plain packaging. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes. Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. If you spend over £25 then we'll also send you a free gift. If you spend over £50 you'll receive a free bong, hand picked from our own catalogue.
