All orders are shipped from the UK.

We can deliver anywhere in Europe, We do however strongly recommend you check your Country or State laws before Ordering. please see individual disclaimers at the top of each category.
We cannot be held responsible for persons who choose to act in conflict with their national laws and we do not encourage anyone to do so.

We have a variety of highly competative postage options dependent on the country you are ordering from.

Postage is now chared at a set rate dependent on where your order is being delivered to and the service you requoreWe have two UK delivery methods and two International delivery methods.

UK standard delivery is just 99p and is sent via 1st class mail. No tracking number is available and delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 days to arrive.

UK Special delivery is 5.50. This is our fastest UK delivery method, A tracking number is available an delivery usually only takes 1 - 2 days to arrive.

International standard delivery is just £2.50 and is sent via 1st class airmail. No tracking number is available and delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 days to arrive.

Airsure is £7.50. This is our fastest international delivery method, A tracking number is available an delivery usually only takes 2 - 4 days to arrive.

Please select the correct delivery option from the drop down box on the order comfirmation form. Please note elegalhighs.com will be unable to process orders made with incorect delivery options ( e.g international customer selecting Uk mainland delivery)

Please contact customer support if you have an extra large order and are an international customer (over 2kg) as we will arrange for a special courier for you. (and usually a discounted order)

If payment is received before 2pm then your order will be shipped the day it is received (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

All our products are delivered in plain packaging and there will be nothing on the packaging to reveal the contents or the nature of the contents.

If you have registered for a free account you can check on your order at any time. You do this by by clicking on the "order history" link. This is found in the menu at the top left of most pages (you'll need to be logged into your account to do this). You can also check on your order history from the "account" page found in the same menu.

• UK customers will generally receive their order in a matter of days (1-2 days if special delivery is selected, 2 - 4 days if not)
• Packages to europe generally arrive within 2 - 7 days (2-4 days if Airsure, Otherwise 3 - 7 days)
• Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We are at the mercy of the postal services.
• Please allow upto 2 weeks before contacting customer support about a lost order.
  

All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope, box or other suitable plain packaging. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address and relevent customs information. There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes.

Inside there will be your order, and an invoice.
