You are entered into the new member loyalty group as soon as you place your first order.

Members in higher membership groups are given ticket priority when we're hosting secret parties and are often rewarded with larger free gifts with their order.

You can be fast tracked into higher groups by contributing good content to the site, leaving product reviews and for referring friends.

If you think you deserve to be in a higher membership group why not contact customer support and tell them why. Please only use the online contact box and not the telephone support line for this, as the customer support line is for support and product advise, not membership upgrades.
