These are powerful pills! One capsule [taken 1 hour after eating] just made me relaxed but not stoned. I then followed with a 2nd capsule 1 hour later - wow! felt extremely stoned, but then got very very tired, in fact to the point where it felt like anaesthetic. Head hit the pillow and I was stone cold asleep, out for 8 hours solid. Brill! Perfect for insomniacs I reckon. Cannot say what 3 capsules do, 2 is way enough for me.
