Delivery rates

Below are our standard delivery rates. You can check available delivery options and rates at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of your basket (at the top of the right sidebar). This will calculate your shipping cost before you check out. The rates will be shown in the currency you currently have selected in store, If you wish to see these rates in a different currency then please use the grey currency selection box in the top orange navigation bar to select a new currency.

Most of our products are remarkably light and weigh under 100g. this is especially true for social tonics. Most orders that we receive are under 300g. Our heaviest products are glass bongs and vaporizers. Most of these are under 500g. If you have a particularly large order or are ordering internationally and the delivery methods below are not suitable, please contact customer support and we can arrange for custom delivery options.

Uk

Standard shipping is sent via royal mails standard parcel service, these parcels usually only take a few days to arrive, but may sometimes take longer.
There is no signature required for this service but also unfortunately no compensation for lost packages. ( However this is a very rare occurrence )

Our recorded service is recommended for orders over £20.00.
Recorded delivery is shipped along with first class mail, however, it requires a signature upon arrival.

Compensation is available for lost packages sent via our uk recorded service and if your order does not reach you within 14 days, we can dispatch an immediate replacement no questions asked.

Overseas ( Europe and rest of world )

Our Standard overseas mail service is provided by the royal mail, there is no tracking feature available, and unfortunately no compensation for lost packages (although this is very rare). Packages usually take about a week to arrive at their destination however due to customs restrictions and other circumstances out of our control packages can sometimes take longer, please allow up to 3 weeks before contacting customer support for international standard delivery orders. this service is only recommended for small orders.

Our Recorded service is recommended for orders over £20.00. Packages must be signed for on receipt and if your order does not reach you within 30 days whatever your location, we can dispatch an immediate replacement no questions asked. Most international recorded orders should reach you within 5 - 7 days.

Compensation is available for lost packages sent via our european or international recorded service and if your order does not reach you within 30 days whatever your location, we can dispatch an immediate replacement no questions asked.
