Terms of sale

None of the products on our site are suitable for persons under the age of 18. All patrons must be over the age of 18 years old.

All items of smoking paraphanalia are sold for ornamental purposes or for use with legal smoking blends only.

While some of these products are labelled for consumption we also offer some materials which are not for human use. Unless stated and labelled all materials should be considered as unfit for human consumption.

We describe the use of many of our products. This is for informational purposes only, as we are not prescribing herbs or other products for any specific medical condition or for any specific use. This information should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific plan or course of action.

Check your countries laws before ordering any products from our store. ELH Trading Ltd does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law, we expressly point out that all persons who purchase anything from our store are responsible for their actions in the future.

By purchasing, you agree that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

All goods are offered subject to availability. Specifications and prices may be subject to change without notice

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

ELH Trading Ltd may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.

Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions only if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by ELH Trading Ltd by either phone, fax, post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from ELH Trading Ltd will be sent back at your cost.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

All goods are offered subject to availability. Specifications and prices may be subject to change without notice. ELH Trading Ltd endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

Even though you can view your order in any currency your Credit/Debit card will be Debited in UK Pound sterling, US Dollars OR Euros only.

All goods are shipped from the UK, Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of ELH Trading Ltd until paid for in full.

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using 256 bit encryption and a secure ordering system.

ELH Trading Ltd are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation
